Lovable builds your app as a React single-page app and publishes it on a lovable.app address. StepMetrics goes in with one line, counts every screen as a page, and tells you which visitors were real.
Add it in Lovable
Ask Lovable's chat to add this line inside the <head> of
index.html, with your site id from the dashboard:

Use the address people visit
Add the site under the address your visitors open, whether that is
your-app.lovable.app or your own domain. Browser traffic from any other address
is refused, so a preview running somewhere else never lands in your numbers. If you move the
app to your own domain later, update the site's address to match.
Every screen counts
Lovable apps change screens without reloading the page. The tracker follows those changes on its own, so each screen is a pageview with its own path, and you can see which ones people reach and where they leave.
Track signups and payments
Pageviews are automatic. Name the actions that matter with one call from your app; each one shows up as a conversion and can be a step in a funnel.

Know whether the traffic was real
A new app on a shared hosting address attracts crawlers early. StepMetrics separates visits proven human from visits proven automated, and keeps the ones it cannot vouch for visible instead of counting them as people. How bot filtering works.
Ask your own agent
Connect Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP client on your own computer with a read-only key, and ask in words: how many people signed up this week, which screen loses them, whether a spike was a crawler. Keep that key out of the builder, since it can read your analytics.
