You do not need an account first. Checkout is handled by Polar, who are the merchant of record, so we never see your card. When payment clears we set your account up and email you a link to choose a password. If you already have an account, use the same address and the new allowance lands on it.
You are never billed for overage: past the ceiling events are refused rather than charged, and nothing already collected is touched. What counts as an event is in the docs.
Look closer with clickstream.
When a conversion funnel shows people dropping off, clickstream lets you inspect the recorded events from individual visits. See which pages they opened, where they came from, and which custom events fired. Your agent can query these records through MCP too.
Clickstream is included in Pro ($19/month) and Scale ($99/month). It isn’t included in Free. See what clickstream records.
Questions about billing
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free needs an email address you can confirm, and nothing else. Collection starts once you confirm it.
What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
Your account moves to Free on its own: 200,000 events a month and 2 sites. Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card, and sites you added during the trial stay. Subscribe to Pro before it ends to keep its limits.
How quickly does an upgrade take effect?
As soon as the payment clears. Polar tells us the order is paid, and the new allowance is written to your account in that same moment - there is no queue and nobody doing it by hand. If you buy before you have an account, we create one and email you a set-password link.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You drop to Free the moment the subscription actually ends, not the moment you press cancel: the period you have paid for runs out first. The limit goes back to 200,000 events a month and everything already collected stays where it is, subject to the same retention window it always had.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Invite your whole team on any plan, including Free. Your plan covers your organization’s usage, with no additional charge for teammates.
Can I self-host it?
Not yet. Every plan runs on our hosted service. If running it on your own infrastructure is what you need, say so below - it is worth knowing who is asking.
Does the MCP endpoint cost extra?
No. Read-only MCP access is included on every plan, including Free. Connect a compatible agent to query your traffic, pages, and conversions.
How accurate is the event count?
It counts rows actually written. An event that fails to store is not counted, and a retried agent run does not count twice.
Do my own agents' runs count against the same events?
Yes. One event meter covers both halves of the product. Each model call or tool call your agents report is one event, the same as a pageview, and a run with no calls in it is free. What counts as an event has the full table.
